Teen Behind the Wheel Lessons $425.00

Behind the wheel lessons for minors under 18 consists of 7 periods driving and 7 periods observing another student driving.  The duration of each period is 50 minutes. Students must have their permit, the classroom portion of driver's education completed and 45 hours of logged guided driving practice with parents and/or legal guardian before registering.  THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS! Our driving school is committed to providing high-quality driving instruction to all students. However, we do not have the specialized facilities, equipment, or training to accommodate students with certain disabilities and/or impairments.  We encourage these students to seek specialized driving schools and programs to meet their needs.

 If you completed the driver education course through school or another driver training school you will need to provide either a DEC-1 or DTS 36 form.  If you have not completed the driver education course may sign up to complete it online HERE. Completion of behind the wheel lessons DOES NOT guarantee that you will receive your driver's license.  Students that successfully complete lessons and pass their road test will be issued a temporary driver's license by the instructor.  Please note road testing at DMV is not available for students under the age of 18 in Virginia.  

Appointments are available Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm.  Upgrade to VIP Perks for $149 to secure early morning lessons (8-9am), Saturdays, plus priority scheduling.

Private Teen Behind the Wheel Lessons $595.00

Our Private Teen Driving Lessons are designed for students who need extra one-on-one instruction before starting their official behind-the-wheel course. This service is ideal for teens who have less than 30 hours of guided driving practice and need to build confidence and foundational skills behind the wheel.

During these 7 private lessons, we focus on: Basic vehicle control, safe turning and lane positioning, parking techniques, managing speed and space, defensive driving habits and preparing for guided driving practice and the behind-the-wheel requirement.

These lessons are customized to meet each student’s individual needs and skill level, providing a safe and supportive learning environment. Our driving school is committed to providing high-quality driving instruction to all students. However, we do not have the specialized facilities, equipment, or training to accommodate students with certain disabilities and/or impairments.  We encourage these students to seek specialized driving schools and programs to meet their needs.

Please note: These lessons are separate from the required 7 behind-the-wheel lessons for licensing, however they are an excellent way to prepare for them!
